Bench, DL, and Squat Setup

If you don’t know K-Starr, San Francisco CrossFit’s owner, then your body probably hurts. Here is yet another video where Kelly Starrett gives some solid advice on how not to suck in your setup.

This video has K-Starr working with Mark Bell of Power Project.  Go get better.  Then, when you’re done, visit MobilityWOD and fix what ails you.
